Casting ladles
Increased thermal efficiency, low fuel consumption, compliance with hi-tech standards of heating and security, reducing pollutants in the combustion gases are the main objectives of the activities concerned the performing/ modernization of the heating installation for casting ladles.
Technical solutions adopted for each particular case concerns:
- reducing consumption of fuel and energy by up to 40%
- reducing energy consumption by approx. 30%
- increasing the velocity of heating to 250°C/h
- environmental protection by reducing pollution and thermal pollution by combustion products (CO and CO2)
