Automation system for GA2 boiler 30 t/h
The automation system controls the boiler and the associate components (preheater, getter, etc.).
It manages the control loops of technical parameters, in automatic regime. This was achieved by implementing the control loops, automatically managed by the digital adjustment blocks PID. The monitoring of boiler’s operating parameters is performed via PLC connected online with an industrial PC which allows the data storage on hard disk and processing in order to issue the graphs and statistics with the possibility of printing.
