Complex automation of zinc bath
The automation system of zinc furnace is intended for driving the heating, reducing fuel consumption and increase productivity due to uniform and profoundly heating of the zinc bath.
Automation system consists of:
– The control and regulation;
– The measure and performance.
The control and adjustment elements are arranged in order in the control panel. This will be placed in a room, free of dust, water or other corrosive agents.
In the furnace area are set the measure elements (thermocouples, differential pressure transducers, pressure switches) and the execution elements (servomotors, valves).
Part of command and adjustment includes:
– Circuit of alarm and signalling;
– Circuit of driving the heating process;
To increase the duration of life, the zinc bath is made of non-metallic materials.
