Three melting glass furnace
The first furnace is for opaline, being provided with 3 rooms, the second one is for coloured glass, and the third one, the highest is also for opaline.
The purpose of automation is to make the furnace to operate at optimal parameters with minimum consumption of gas and to maintain the established parameters.
Automation involves measuring the temperature of the heating, temperature measurement of combustion air and burned gas, the measurement of pressure (gas and air for combustion, furnace).
