Forging furnace
This type of furnaces is designated for parts heating, needed to be forged. These furnaces heat up both pieces of black material and also steel parts that require special heating diagrams.
For this type of furnaces a special burning system provided by KROMSCHROEDER – Germany is used, a sistem with flat flame burners, where the flame is send away on the side wall shaping radiating surfaces. Ceramic fiber elements (e.g. blankets, modules, etc.) as well as concrete and light bricks are used in all parts of the furnace (walls, fireplace, door, etc.) in order to obtain a furnace with low thermal inertia (which helps to start the furnace).
The obtained results are:
- Reduction of specific gas with min. 30%
- Reduction of energy consumption by approx. 30%
- Achieve a greater uniformity of temperature in parts
- Reducing loss of metal by burning
- Compliance with the ISCIR and CE norms
